Practically the Future . . . . . Realistic Projects Delivering Amazing Results

Take a peek behind the scenes

INSTITUTE THEMES

    The 1986 single " The Future's So Bright, I Gotta Wear Shades " by Timbuk 3 has become an innovation anthem

click to hear the song;

     " Clare the Clarevoient Koala " is a STEM focused marsupial and knows a trick or two about getting that first interest going.

Origin

"Glenbrook is not Silicon Valley, but with so much innovation we need an Institute"

... and so it happened.

Problem

We are hamstringing our future leaders by on exposing them to ideas that are well past their use by date.

Equipped with old thinking, change seems unthinkable.

Solution

Identify key points where we are losing our audience. Change the analysis end-point from attributing failure to re-engineering for success.

We will model being smart, to teach being smart.

Strategy

Develop a portfoilio of disruptive concepts and progress them similtaneously in parallel. The natural talents found in a local network can then be matched to multiple engagement points across a variety of projects. If one projects slows, attention can flow to others. Project managment and network development is devolved to the network and grows organically.

Work the problem and grow the network.

We know design.
